Schooley Caldwell designed a three-story, 37,500 square foot addition to the existing building at 937-951 North High Street. The addition included office space on the second floor and 24 luxury apartments on the third and fourth floors, featuring 11 different floor plans. The addition was built while the ground-floor tenants, including Z-Pizza and Northstar Café, remained open and in operation.
The one- and two-bedroom apartments feature high-end finishes, balconies, spectacular views of the city, and one of the most desirable locations in Columbus – the heart of the bustling Short North Arts District. All residents have access to the 4,500 SF roof terrace, featuring a reflecting pool.
The project also included design of a single-story parking structure for the use of the building’s tenants.
