This mixed-use infill project in Columbus’ Short North neighborhood replaced a surface parking lot with a new building that includes residential units, a parking garage, and a restaurant. The building includes approximately 16,000 SF of residential space, in a mix of studio and 1-bedroom apartments, 89,000 SF of garage that houses approximately 240 spaces, and a 6,000 SF restaurant. The project was developed by The Wood Companies and Schiff Capital Group.
The building was thoughtfully designed to fit into the existing historic neighborhood’s context, while still featuring modern elements.
