
Schooley Caldwell was hired to design the renovation of these historic, vacant buildings into a coworking space and apartments. We began by performing a building assessment to examine all existing conditions, which informed the conceptual design. We also utilized historic tax credits.
Our design created an open floor plan co-working office space. We reopened all the windows that had been boarded up or bricked in, and on the 2nd and 3rd floors, apartment units were created.
