Schooley Caldwell’s work at the Palace Theatre involved aesthetic, programmatic, and performance improvements, including auditorium seating replacement, auditorium finishes, mezzanine concessions improvements, mezzanine restroom improvements, and an array of building envelope improvements.
In addition to providing architectural services, Schooley Caldwell assisted CAPA with historic tax credit applications and coordinated the efforts of multiple prime contractors working on the project.
