Paula Ryan

As an experienced marketer, Paula is passionate about her career in the A/E/C industry. She brings senior-level expertise in the six domains of marketing practice for professional services firms. As a life-long Central Ohio resident, she enjoys seeing the positive impact that comes with development.

With a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from The Ohio State University, Paula served as the 2015-2016 President of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) after having served on its Board of Directors as the Fellows Delegate and At-Large Delegate. She is also a Past President of the SMPS Foundation, and the SMPS Columbus Chapter.

Paula is a frequent speaker on marketing and business development having given presentations to organizations that include: AIA Ohio Valley Region; AIA Columbus; AIA Michigan; PSMJ, the Structural Engineers Association of Ohio, the Buildings Exchange of Central Ohio, SMPS and the Dublin Chamber of Commerce.

Paula is a member of The Ohio State University’s Construction Systems Management Industry Advisory Council, the Urban Land Institute’s Women’s Leadership Initiative and is on the executive committee for Building Worthington’s Future. She also volunteers for Columbus Humane and is a past member of the Advisory Council of Camp Mary Orton, the Greater Columbus Chamber’s Downtown Council, the Development Board of Nationwide Children’s Hospital and Junior League of Columbus. She is the recipient of the Business First of Columbus “40 Under 40” award.
