Hubbard Park Place is a new mixed-use infill development, replacing a surface parking lot. This much-anticipated addition to the Short North/Italian Village area contains 101 apartment units, 12,000 SF of office space, and 145 parking spaces. Residents have access to a magnificent rooftop experience (with exercise area and steam shower), while office tenants can enjoy a scenic, outdoor courtyard on the roof of parking garage. 

One of the team’s goals was to create a building that would enhance its historic and character-filled surroundings while filling the demand for more housing and office space. Hubbard Park Place features brownstone-style townhouses in front of a seven-story apartment and office building, designed to fit seamlessly into the neighborhood.
