Brittany Catania

Project Architect & Project Manager

Brittany is a registered architect with 10 years of experience as a project architect and project manager. She worked for many years on a variety of national restaurant projects from schematic design through construction administration, completing projects all over the country. As a project manager, she delivered high quality documents with precise organization and communication with various entities involved on each project. After many years working on restaurant, retail and hospitality projects, Brittany pivoted her career to focus on her passion for historic preservation and the adaptive reuse of buildings in downtown urban environments. She worked as a project architect on several historic tax credit projects throughout Ohio ranging from reusing historic buildings as housing to a business incubator space. She values reusing historic buildings as a connection to the past and enjoys the unique design opportunities in reimagining historic spaces to serve the client’s needs.

Brittany received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati. She also received a Certificate in Historic Preservation from the University of Cincinnati.

She spends her time outside of the office with her husband and their young son. They enjoy hiking, traveling, going on adventures, and playing at home in Clintonville.
